Tiered MSP Coverage – Contact us for prices
Silver Coverage:
AntiVirus+ Malware Protection (Endpoints), Remote Monitoring, Proactive Maintenance and Help Desk Remote Support. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers. Onsite Service and Specific Projects are billable.
Gold Coverage:
Silver Coverage + Onsite Service. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers. Specific Projects are billable, but at half of the Silver Coverage cost.
Platinum Coverage:
Silver & Gold Coverage with technician on site for determined hours, Projects and Sr. Engineering. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers and the hours of the technician will be present recurrently on site.
We have additional Disaster Recovery and Backup Product Lines. Level 3 gets those at a reduced cost.
